- Lead Management: Make outbound calls to leads from the clinic's website, social media, or walk-in inquiries.
- Consultation Booking: Clearly explain skin and hair treatments, answer questions politely, and convert inquiries into booked doctor appointments.
- Customer Support: Handle inbound patient calls, resolve general queries, and escalate complex medical/treatment questions to clinic managers or dermatologists.
- Patient Follow-up: Track previous leads, manage missed appointments, and build long-term relationships for patient retention.
- Data Entry: Update and maintain patient databases, call logs, and feedback in the clinic’s CRM.
