A Home Loan Sales Executive sources, processes, and closes residential mortgage leads. They generate business through open market channels, verify client documents, and manage the lending cycle from the initial application to final disbursement, all while delivering top-notch customer service.
- Lead Generation: Source prospective buyers through on-ground events, builder partnerships, Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), and corporate outreach.
- Client Consultation: Guide clients on suitable home loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) products based on their financial profiles.
- Loan Processing: Collect and verify client KYC, income, and property documents. Coordinate with the credit and technical teams to ensure smooth file sanctioning and disbursement.
- Relationship Management: Build a strong rapport with clients and referral partners to secure repeat business and word-of-mouth growth.
- Cross-Selling: Introduce eligible customers to related financial products, such as property insurance and credit cards.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales metrics and provide routine performance reports to management.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
