Job Description
We are currently seeking a qualified and passionate Architect to join our growing team in Chennai. We are looking for professionals who possess strong technical expertise, creative design capabilities, and the ability to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare architectural concepts, layouts, and design proposals
· Develop detailed working drawings, submission drawings, and presentation drawings
· Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, and project stakeholders
· Conduct site visits and assist in project execution coordination
· Ensure compliance with building regulations, standards, and client requirements
· Participate in design discussions, project reviews, and client meetings
· Support material selection, space planning, and project documentation
Required Software Experience
- AutoCAD
- Revit
- Sketch Up
- Staad pro
- Lumion
Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong architectural planning and visualization skills
- Good understanding of construction methodologies and detailing
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple projects efficiently

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ashok Nagar, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- AutoCAD: 1 year (Preferred)
- Sketchup: 1 year (Preferred)
- Revit: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- AutoCAD Certification (Preferred)
