About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Social Media Intern to assist with managing social media accounts and building engagement across different online platforms.
The intern will work on content creation, community engagement, research, and day-to-day social media activities for multiple client accounts.
This is a 2-month internship, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent/full-time role based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain social media accounts across platforms such as Reddit, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and other relevant platforms.
- Create and publish engaging posts and social media content.
- Write relevant and natural comments and participate in online discussions.
- Find relevant communities, groups, and conversations for client accounts.
- Engage with users and respond to comments and discussions appropriately.
- Research trending topics, discussions, and content ideas.
- Maintain regular posting and engagement schedules.
- Track basic engagement and account performance.
- Maintain daily/weekly activity reports.
- Follow platform rules, community guidelines, and client instructions.
- Manage multiple social media accounts while maintaining consistency and quality.
- Work with the team to improve content and engagement strategies.
Requirements
- Good written English and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms.
- Good writing and research skills.
- Ability to create natural and engaging content.
- Comfortable participating in online communities.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and accounts.
- Willingness to learn and take feedback.
- Reliable and consistent with assigned work.
Good to Have
- Previous experience with social media management.
- Knowledge of Reddit and online communities.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing.
- Familiarity with Canva, Google Sheets, or Excel.

Permanent Employment Opportunity
Candidates who demonstrate good performance, consistency, responsibility, and the ability to handle assigned work effectively during the 2-month internship may be offered a permanent/full-time position.
