We are looking for a skilled and dedicated OT Technician to assist in surgical procedures and ensure the smooth functioning of the Operation Theatre while maintaining the highest standards of sterility and patient safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain the Operation Theatre before and after surgeries.
- Sterilize and arrange surgical instruments and equipment.
- Assist surgeons, anesthetists, and OT nurses during procedures.
- Ensure proper infection control and OT sterilization protocols.
- Monitor OT equipment and report any issues.
- Maintain OT inventory and documentation.
- Follow hospital safety and biomedical waste management guidelines.
Requirements
- Diploma/B.Sc. in Operation Theatre Technology.
- 1–3 years of hospital OT experience preferred.
- Knowledge of surgical instruments, sterilization, and OT protocols.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and emergency cases.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,740.44 per month
