Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Data & Analytics
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and MIS reports
- Analyze employee data (attrition, hiring, performance, productivity)
- Identify trends and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Track key HR metrics: cost per hire, time to hire, employee turnover, etc.
2. Workforce Planning
- Support manpower planning using historical data and forecasts
- Align workforce analytics with business growth plans across verticals
- Monitor workforce utilization and efficiency
3. Recruitment Analytics
- Track and improve recruitment funnel metrics
- Analyze sourcing channels effectiveness
- Optimize hiring strategies based on data insights
4. Performance Management Insights
- Analyze employee performance data and KPIs
- Support performance appraisal systems with data-backed insights
- Identify high performers and areas of improvement
5. Compensation & Benefits Analysis
- Evaluate compensation structures using benchmarking data
- Analyze salary trends and internal parity
- Support budgeting and cost optimization initiatives
6. HR Systems & Automation
- Manage HRMS and ensure data accuracy
- Drive automation of HR reporting processes
- Implement tools for data visualization (Excel, Power BI, etc.)
7. Employee Engagement & Retention
- Analyze employee engagement survey results
- Identify drivers of attrition and suggest retention strategies
- Monitor employee lifecycle metrics
Key Skills & Competencies Technical Skills
- Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Macros, Data Modeling)
- Power BI / Tableau (preferred)
- HRMS systems knowledge
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills

Qualifications & Experience
- MBA/PGDM in HR, Analytics, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in HR with strong analytics exposure
- Experience in real estate / multi-business group is preferred

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
