- Support the sales team in achieving sales targets by coordinating day-to-day sales activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing timely and professional assistance.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and online meetings.
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating issues, coordinating with relevant departments, and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate customer databases and client records.
- Coordinate with production, stores, logistics, and other departments to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers, business opportunities, and market trends.
- Perform data mining and generate leads for business development.
- Ensure product information, brochures, catalogs, and technical data are updated and readily available.
- Monitor inventory availability for sales orders, product demonstrations, and customer requirements.
- Prepare quotations, sales reports, presentations, and other sales-related documentation.
- Follow up on quotations, customer feedback, and pending orders.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, promotional events, and marketing activities.
- Conduct online meetings with customers to understand project requirements and provide product information.
- Prepare periodic sales reports and maintain accurate sales records.
- Coordinate with management regarding customer feedback, sales performance, and business opportunities.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt communication and effective coordination.
