Purplle is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Beauty Adviser Trainer to join our Retail Training team and help shape the future of our Beauty Advisers across Kerala.

Role Overview
As a Beauty Adviser Trainer, you will be responsible for onboarding, training, coaching, and developing Beauty Advisers to deliver exceptional customer experiences while achieving sales and productivity goals. You will work closely with Retail Operations and HR to ensure consistent execution of Purplle's training standards across stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct induction and onboarding programs for new Beauty Advisers.
- Deliver engaging classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions.
- Train teams on skincare, makeup, haircare, fragrances, product knowledge, customer service, and selling techniques.
- Coach store teams to improve sales performance and customer engagement.
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor training effectiveness and provide on-floor coaching.
- Organize refresher training and new product launch sessions.
- Track training completion, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with Operations and HR to identify training needs and implement development plans.
- Ensure adherence to Purplle's SOPs, grooming standards, and customer service guidelines.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 2–5 years of experience in beauty retail, cosmetics, training, or retail operations.
- Prior experience as a Beauty Trainer, Retail Trainer, Senior Beauty Adviser, or Learning & Development professional is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of skincare, makeup, haircare, and beauty products.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
- Willingness to travel across Kerala.
- Fluency in Malayalam and English (Hindi is an added advantage).
