.Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated engineer to administer and support enterprise Product Management and Delivery platforms, including Aha! Roadmaps, Azure DevOps, and related integrations. This role will partner with Product Managers, Portfolio Managers, and Engineering teams to drive platform governance, reporting, user enablement, workflow optimisation, and tool integration. Responsibilities align with Aha! administration, governance, user onboarding, reporting, workspace management, and Azure DevOps integration support.
Key Responsibilities

Administer and support Aha! Roadmaps, Azure DevOps, and Jira platforms.

Manage user access, licensing, workflows, dashboards, and reporting.

Configure and maintain integrations between Aha!, Azure DevOps, and GitHub.

Support roadmap planning, idea management, backlog governance, and release tracking.

Provide user onboarding, training, documentation, and operational support.

Drive process improvements, standardisation, and platform governance.

Partner with Product and Engineering teams to improve visibility, traceability, and delivery effectiveness.

Work Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

5+ years of experience with Product Management or DevOps platforms.

Experience administering Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar enterprise tools.

Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and product delivery processes.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
