Role: Team Leader
Dept.: Operations
Experience: 6 – 8 years

About the Role
To lead and oversee candidate verification operations in line with business plans, ensuring
smooth service delivery and team efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate closely with the Operations team to streamline workflows.
Liaise with the Client Service team for clarification on assigned cases.
Manage a team of 25–30 Associates.
Monitor, track, and evaluate team performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly

basis.

Drive performance and people management to maintain steady business operations.
Identify areas of improvement and conduct coaching and feedback sessions to

enhance performance.

Highlight cases requiring support to reduce turnaround time (TAT).
Ensure service delivery standards are consistently achieved.

Leadership & Team Management – Ability to inspire, guide, and develop teams to

achieve operational goals.

Problem-Solving – Skilled at identifying issues quickly and implementing effective

solutions.

Stakeholder Management – Capable of building strong relationships with internal

all operations.

Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Effective people management and leadership abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Ability to adapt and work well with diverse cultural backgrounds.
