SAFAIRS is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing architectural designs, preparing technical drawings, coordinating with consultants, and supporting project execution from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts and design presentations.
- Prepare schematic, design development, and working drawings.
- Create detailed construction and coordination drawings.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with contractors and consultants.
- Ensure compliance with project requirements, building codes, and regulations.
- Assist in project planning, documentation, and execution.
- Participate in client meetings and design discussions.
- Monitor project progress and resolve design-related issues.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Strong knowledge of architectural detailing and construction practices.
- Good understanding of materials, building systems, and spatial planning.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
