We specialize in career consulting, resume branding, job search execution, interview preparation, and placement assistance. We're looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Lead Generation Executives who can identify, qualify, and generate potential leads for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients using LinkedIn, job portals, social media platforms, and online databases.
- Generate high-quality leads that match our target audience. Collect and verify contact information including names, email addresses, phone numbers, and LinkedIn profiles.
- Maintain and update lead databases in CRM.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria before passing them to the Sales Team.
- Conduct initial outreach through emails, LinkedIn messages, WhatsApp, or calls (as assigned).
- Follow up with prospective clients to gauge interest.
- Maintain daily lead generation reports and activity logs.
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to achieve monthly lead targets.
- Continuously research new lead sources and improve lead quality.
Required Skills
- Excellent English communication (Written & Verbal)
- Strong internet research skills
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, Google Search, and social media platforms
- Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet daily targets
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline
- Freshers are welcome
- Experience in Lead Generation, Inside Sales, Telecalling, or International Process is preferred but not mandatory
