Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new leads through calls, field visits, and online sources.
- Explain products/services to customers and understand their requirements.
- Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain customer database and update daily sales reports.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the technical and operations team for project execution.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support.
Requirements
- Any Graduate (MBA in Marketing is an added advantage).
- 0–3 years of experience in sales/marketing (Freshers can also apply).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel for field sales (if required).
- Passion for sales and target-oriented attitude.
