Core responsibilities include:
- Payroll & Benefits: Processing monthly salaries, tracking attendance and leaves, and administering employee benefits such as health insurance and provident funds.
- Compliance & Record Keeping: Ensuring the company adheres to labor laws and maintaining accurate employee records and statutory filings.
- Performance & Training: Coordinating annual performance appraisal cycles and assisting with the identification and execution of employee training and development needs.
- Employee Relations & Engagement: Resolving workplace disputes, handling daily HR queries, and organizing team-building and wellness events
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
