About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer with strong expertise in paid advertising and data-driven marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across multiple digital platforms to drive leads, conversions, and ROI.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
Paid Advertising & Campaign Management
● Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
● Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycle including budgeting, targeting, bidding, creatives, and scaling.
● Drive performance-focused outcomes such as leads, sales, conversions, CPA, ROAS, and ROI.
Social Media Advertising
● Create and manage high-performing social media ad campaigns across Meta platforms.
● Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad copies, creatives, and A/B tests.
● Optimize audiences, placements, and creatives based on performance insights.
Performance Optimization & Analytics
● Continuously monitor campaign performance and optimize for maximum efficiency.
● Track and analyze KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, conversion rate, and ROAS.
● Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Google Tag Manager, and tracking pixels.
Budget & ROI Management
● Efficiently manage daily, monthly, and quarterly ad budgets.
● Ensure optimal utilization of ad spend with a strong focus on ROI and growth.
● Identify scaling opportunities while maintaining cost efficiency.
Reporting & Insights
● Prepare detailed performance reports and dashboards.
● Share actionable insights and recommendations with stakeholders.
● Conduct competitor analysis and market research to improve campaign strategies.
Collaboration & Strategy
● Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, sales) to align marketing objectives.
● Stay updated with the latest trends, ad policies, and algorithm changes.
● Proactively suggest new ideas, funnels, and growth strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
● 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid media roles.
● Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
● Solid understanding of funnels, conversion tracking, and attribution.
● Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Experience in lead generation and/or e-commerce campaigns (preferred).
● Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
