Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue & P&L Ownership
- Own end-to-end commercial performance and P&L across marketplaces and D2C
- Drive top-line growth with sustainable contribution margins
- Manage pricing, discounting, ad spends, platform commissions and inventory impact
- Build and deliver monthly, quarterly and annual revenue plans
2. Marketplace Expansion
- Scale Amazon, Flipkart, FirstCry and Quick Commerce platforms
- Launch the brand on new marketplaces from scratch including onboarding, assortment planning and go-live execution
- Own platform relationships and unlock visibility programs, brand placements and sale events
3. Advertising & Sales Acceleration
- Own Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, FirstCry Ads and Quick Commerce visibility spends
- Drive ROAS-led scaling, keyword ranking improvements and conversion optimisation
- Plan and execute platform-specific promotions, deals and sale events
4. D2C Commercial Growth
- Scale the brand as a profitable growth channel
- Own commercial metrics such as revenue, conversion, AOV and repeat contribution
- Work closely with marketing teams; focus on commercial performance, not day-to-day campaign execution
- Drive bundle strategy, offers and marketplace-to-D2C migration initiatives
5. Data, Forecasting & Business Reviews
- Build and maintain sales dashboards.
- Track performance vs targets and course-correct proactively
- Lead weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews with internal stakeholders - Identify risks, inefficiencies and growth opportunities through data-led insights
6. Team & Cross-Functional Leadership
- Build and manage a high-impact execution team or agency partners as required
- Coordinate closely with supply chain, finance, product and founders
- Ensure speed, accountability and execution excellence across channels

- Strong and scalable revenue growth across all leading marketplaces
- Improved contribution margins and predictable month-on-month performance
- Successful launch and scale-up on new marketplaces
- The brand established as a credible and fast-growing babycare brand on key platforms
Who Should Apply
- 5–6 years of experience in marketplace-led D2C or consumer brands
- Hands-on ownership of Amazon, Flipkart, FirstCry and Quick Commerce platforms
- Proven experience driving sales, ads performance, pricing and inventory decisions
- Strong understanding of P&L, contribution margins and growth levers
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-ownership environments
What This Role Is Not
· This is not a pure operations or catalogue management role
· This is not a strategy-only or agency coordination role
· This role requires direct accountability for sales performance and numbers
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
Experience:
- Running ads: 4 years (Required)
- E-Commerce: 4 years (Preferred)
