Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, client relationship management, and deal closures. This role requires strong negotiation skills and collaboration with account managers to ensure seamless client onboarding. A target-driven, resilient, and proactive approach is essential to achieving success in this role
Responsibilities:
Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients across multiple industries. Lead negotiations, handle objections, and create urgency to accelerate deal closures. Ensure first successful closure within the first quarter of joining. Guide and mentor lead generators in performing BANT analysis and lead qualification. Collaborate with account managers to ensure smooth client onboarding and transition. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs. Represent the company professionally in client meetings, demos, and discussions.
Requirements:
Proven track record in business development, sales closures, and client relationship management. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid environment. Excellent leadership and mentoring abilities. Strong communication and presentation skills. Target-driven, resilient, and proactive in generating business.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹91,666.00 per year
