Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven and passionate Business Development Executive to spearhead our sales initiatives. This role is ideal for professionals who excel at lead generation, client handling, and delivering compelling sales pitches.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other lead-generation techniques.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs to propose tailored solutions.
- Write persuasive proposals and deliver impactful sales pitches to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, particularly in eCommerce and digital marketing.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs to drive company growth.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Proven experience in lead generation and client handling.
- Expertise in cold calling, proposal writing, and delivering sales presentations.
- Prior experience in eCommerce or digital marketing is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and proactive approach.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
