Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct safety inspections for working at height, fiber work, and electrical/rigging tasks.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and enforce PPE usage.
- Perform risk assessments and implement hazard controls.
- Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and emergency response training.
- Investigate incidents and prepare corrective action reports.
- Maintain safety documentation and support internal/external audits.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Engineering in Electrical, Mechanical or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in safety operations.
- Preferred certifications: NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, OSHA, First Aid, Working at Height, RF Awareness.
- Strong knowledge of telecom hazards and safety procedures.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Immediate joiners only required.
