Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly driven and result-oriented Performance Marketing Manager with strong expertise in SEO and D2C Growth Marketing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing paid campaigns, driving customer acquisition, optimizing ROI, and scaling digital growth across multiple platforms.
The candidate must have experience handling Marketplace Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Lead Generation Campaigns, App Install Campaigns, and SEO strategies.
Key Responsibilities:Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms
- Manage and scale lead generation campaigns with strong ROI focus
- Handle app install campaigns and user acquisition strategies
- Monitor campaign performance, CPL, CAC, ROAS, and conversion metrics
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and landing pages
SEO & Organic Growth
- Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis
- Improve website rankings, organic traffic, and search visibility
- Monitor SEO performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
D2C & Marketplace Marketing
- Manage D2C marketing campaigns to drive sales and customer retention
- Handle marketplace advertising campaigns (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
- Optimize customer acquisition funnels and retention strategies
- Work closely with creative and content teams for campaign execution
Reporting & Strategy
- Analyze campaign data and generate performance reports
- Identify growth opportunities and marketing trends
- Manage budgets and ensure maximum ROI across channels
Requirements:
- 4–8 years of experience in Performance Marketing and SEO
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads
- Marketplace Ads
- Lead Generation Campaigns
- App Install Campaigns
- SEO & Analytics Tools
- Experience in D2C brand marketing and growth campaigns
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with marketing automation tools
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Understanding of customer lifecycle marketing
- Team handling experience is an added advantage
