Job Title: Lab Technician – Pathology (Night Shift)

Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Lab Technician to manage night shift operations in the pathology laboratory. The candidate will be responsible for conducting diagnostic tests, maintaining accuracy in reporting, and ensuring smooth lab functioning during night hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and specialized pathology tests (Hematology, Biochemistry, Clinical Pathology, etc.)
- Handle sample collection, labeling, processing, and storage
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and analyzers
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of test results
- Maintain proper documentation and records of all tests conducted
- Follow quality control protocols and lab safety guidelines
- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare staff when required
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the laboratory area
- Handle emergency samples during night hours efficiently
Required Qualifications
- BMLT / DMLT / B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a pathology lab
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also be considered
Key Skills
- Knowledge of pathology testing procedures
- Familiarity with lab equipment and analyzers
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic computer knowledge for reporting

- Willingness to work in night shifts
