Job Title: Tele-Collections Executive - Bank Loans
Location: Udaipur (Work from Office)
Job Responsibilities:
Call customers for overdue loan payments
Convince and follow up for timely repayment
Handle customer queries and objections professionally
Maintain daily call records and follow-up data
Achieve assigned recovery targets
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling/collections
Strong communication & convincing skills
Comfortable with high-volume calling (150+ calls/day)
Target-oriented mindset
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
