Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain visitor records and ensure proper sign-in/sign-out procedures.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and correspondence.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room bookings.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to various departments as required.
- Assist in maintaining office records, files, and documents.
Requirements
- Intermediate, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent qualification.
- Fresh candidates are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
