Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and professional Telecaller to join our admissions team. The role involves engaging with students and parents over phone calls, generating leads, creating awareness about our courses, and guiding them through the admission process.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to students and parents to generate leads.
- Explain available courses, programs, and career opportunities.
- Walk students and parents through the admission process step by step.
- Create awareness about the academy’s offerings and benefits.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM/Excel.
- Schedule counseling sessions and encourage walk-ins for admissions.
- Handle inquiries with professionalism and resolve basic queries.
- Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and good knowledge of English.
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive approach.
- Prior experience in telecalling, counseling, or admissions preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
