About the Role
We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and grow our digital presence across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, WhatsApp marketing campaigns, and company website management. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, increasing brand awareness, boosting engagement, and driving sales through effective online marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Manage company social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Create and schedule engaging posts, reels, stories, banners, and promotional campaigns.
- Develop monthly content calendars and campaign plans.
- Increase followers, engagement, and brand visibility.
Meta Ads Management
- Plan, create, and optimize Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns.
- Run lead generation, traffic, engagement, and conversion campaigns.
- Monitor ad performance and improve ROI through continuous optimization.
- Manage audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.
Google Ads Management
- Run Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Remarketing campaigns.
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize campaigns for lead generation and conversions.
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics and Google Ads Manager.
WhatsApp Marketing
- Execute bulk WhatsApp campaigns for dealers, distributors, and customers.
- Create promotional creatives and marketing messages.
- Handle customer engagement and lead follow-ups through WhatsApp Business.
- Maintain and update customer contact databases.
Website Management
- Handle and regularly update the company website content, banners, products, and offers.
- Upload new product images, catalogues, blogs, and promotional schemes.
- Coordinate with website developers for updates and troubleshooting.
- Ensure website is updated with latest launches, pricing, dealer information, and campaigns.
- Monitor website inquiries and lead forms.
- Improve website SEO and website traffic performance.
- Ensure proper mobile responsiveness and smooth website functionality.
Content & Creative Coordination
- Coordinate with designers for social media creatives, videos, website banners, and ad creatives.
- Write attractive captions, ad copies, blogs, and promotional messages.
- Stay updated with social media trends and digital marketing strategies.
Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Analyse campaign metrics including reach, engagement, CPL, CPC, conversions, and website traffic.
- Suggest improvements based on performance data.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of WhatsApp Business API and bulk messaging tools.
- Experience in website handling (WordPress or similar CMS preferred).
- Basic understanding of SEO and website optimization.
- Basic graphic design understanding (Canva/Photoshop preferred).
- Good communication and copywriting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Certification in Google Ads or Meta Ads preferred.
- 1–3 years’ experience in social media and performance marketing.
