Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented MBA Sales & Business Development freshers to support our business development activities. This role offers hands-on exposure to B2B sales, client acquisition, lead generation, and corporate relationship management. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn the complete sales cycle.
LinkedIn Outreach & Networking
- Connect with decision-makers and HR professionals through LinkedIn.
- Build professional relationships by initiating meaningful conversations.
- Expand the company's professional network and maintain regular engagement with prospects.
Client Communication
- Reach out to prospective clients through emails, LinkedIn messages, and outbound calls.
- Introduce the company's services and understand client requirements.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships until meeting closure.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the Business Development team.
Sales Support
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and client documents.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and meetings in the CRM or tracking system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses to client requirements.
- Support the complete sales cycle from lead generation to client onboarding.
Reporting
- Submit daily and weekly reports on outreach activities, follow-ups, meetings scheduled, and lead status.
- Track sales activities and maintain organized documentation.
Required Skills
- MBA (Pursuing or Recently Completed) specializing in Sales, HR, or Business Management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Confidence in making outbound calls and interacting with corporate clients.
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and professional networking platforms.
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
