Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle employee data using MS Excel and HRMS.
- Prepare HR reports and MIS.
- Monitor employee attendance and support payroll processing.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate employee induction and joining formalities.
- Plan and organize employee welfare activities such as medical camps, festival celebrations, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Support regular HR activities, including employee communication and compliance.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS.
- Knowledge of Recruitment, Onboarding, PF, ESIC, and Labour Laws.
- Strong data management and documentation skills.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple HR activities efficiently.
Qualification
- Any Graduation, Post Graduation related to Human Resources.
- 0–2 years of experience in HR (Freshers with relevant internship experience may also apply.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
