Job Description – Accessory Billing Executive
Job Summary
The Accessory Billing Executive will be responsible for accurate and timely billing of Maruti Suzuki Genuine Accessories and other approved accessories. The role involves preparing invoices, verifying accessory details and pricing, maintaining billing records, coordinating with Sales, Accessories, Stores and Accounts teams, and ensuring a smooth customer billing experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate bills and invoices for vehicle accessories as per customer requirements and approved pricing.
- Verify accessory details, quantity, vehicle model/variant, pricing, discounts and applicable taxes before billing.
- Coordinate with the Accessories Executive/Sales Team regarding accessories selected by customers.
- Ensure all accessory sales and billing transactions are correctly updated in the DMS/ERP system.
- Generate quotations, invoices, receipts and other required billing documents.
- Coordinate with the Accessories Store/Parts Department to confirm stock availability before billing.
- Maintain proper records of daily accessory sales, billing and collections.
- Coordinate with the Accounts Department for payment reconciliation and billing-related queries.
- Identify and rectify billing discrepancies promptly.
- Handle customer queries related to accessory pricing, invoices, payments and billing.
- Ensure that billed accessories are properly communicated to the fitment team for installation.
- Support reconciliation of billed accessories with fitted accessories and ensure there are no discrepancies.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly accessory billing and sales reports as required by management.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of invoices, receipts and related records.
- Follow dealership SOPs, Maruti Suzuki processes and internal audit requirements.
- Support the Accessories Team in achieving accessory sales and revenue targets.
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline, preferably B.Com / BBA.
- Candidates with relevant diploma/12th qualification and good billing experience may also be considered.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in billing/accounts/customer service, preferably in an automobile dealership.
- Freshers with good computer and communication skills may also be considered.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
