We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Telecalling Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to verify leads generated for our clients through outbound calls and ensure the accuracy and quality of contact information.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a professional phone presence, and the ability to work independently in a structured remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to verify leads generated for clients.
- Confirm the accuracy of contact information and basic qualification details.
- Maintain accurate records of call outcomes and update CRM systems regularly.
- Communicate clearly and professionally while adhering to call scripts and client requirements.
- Handle basic inquiries courteously and efficiently.
- Share daily progress updates and feedback with the internal team.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy while managing lead data.
- Meet daily call and verification targets as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Telecalling, Customer Service, Customer Support, Lead Verification, or a similar role.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. Basic Marathi communication will be an added advantage.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and interacting with customers over the phone.
- Good listening skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Google Sheets and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and maintain productivity in a remote work environment.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
