Roots Physiotherapy Clinic is looking for an experienced and highly qualified Senior Physiotherapist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong clinical expertise, excellent patient management skills, and the ability to provide advanced physiotherapy assessment, treatment planning, and rehabilitation services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed patient assessments, clinical evaluations, and develop personalized physiotherapy treatment plans.
- Provide advanced physiotherapy treatments for orthopedic, neurological, sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, and chronic pain management.
- Perform evidence-based manual therapy, exercise therapy, electrotherapy, and rehabilitation techniques.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
- Maintain accurate patient records, documentation, and progress reports.
- Guide and mentor junior physiotherapists and support team development.
- Collaborate with doctors, healthcare professionals, and multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families regarding exercises, recovery plans, and preventive care.
- Ensure high standards of patient care, professionalism, and ethical clinical practices.
- Contribute towards improving clinic protocols, services, and patient experience.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT) mandatory.
- Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (MPT) preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years of clinical experience in physiotherapy.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in:
- Orthopedic Physiotherapy
- Sports Rehabilitation
- Neuro Rehabilitation
- Post-surgical Rehabilitation
- Pain Management
- Manual Therapy Techniques
- Experience handling independent patient cases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong diagnostic and clinical reasoning abilities.
- Commitment towards continuous learning and evidence-based practice.

- Manual Therapy Certification
- Dry Needling Certification
- Sports Physiotherapy Certification
- Mulligan / McKenzie / Maitland Technique Training
- Advanced Rehabilitation Certifications
