Mobile Repairing Trainer

Job Summary:
Udayan Care is looking for a Mobile Repairing Trainer to deliver practical and classroom training in mobile hardware and software repair. The trainer will help youth develop technical skills and improve their employment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training on mobile hardware and software repair.
- Teach diagnostics, flashing, troubleshooting, and basic chip-level repairing.
- Assess trainee performance and provide feedback.
- Maintain attendance, training records, and progress reports.
- Manage training equipment and ensure lab safety.
- Conduct basic soft-skills and job-readiness sessions.
- Support placement and employment activities.
- Maintain a positive and disciplined learning environment.
Requirements:
- ITI/Diploma in Electronics, Mobile Repairing, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of hands-on mobile repairing experience.
- Knowledge of smartphone hardware, software, and diagnostic tools.
- Training or teaching experience preferred.
- Good communication skills in Hindi; English is an advantage.
- Basic computer and MS Office skills.
Preferred:
- Mobile Repairing certification.
- Experience with PMKVY, DDU-GKY, or other skill development programs.
