We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Admission Counselor with strong experience in CBSE school admissions and excellent communication skills. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end admission processes, parent counseling, student enrollment, and relationship management while ensuring a seamless admission experience for prospective families.
Key Responsibilities
Handle complete admission counseling and student enrollment processes for CBSE curriculum schools.
Counsel parents and students regarding academic programs, admission procedures, fee structures, and school policies.
Manage admission inquiries through calls, emails, walk-ins, and digital platforms.
Conduct campus tours and explain school facilities, curriculum, and extracurricular offerings.
Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth onboarding of new students.
Maintain accurate admission records, databases, and reports.
Follow up with prospective parents to maximize conversion ratios.
Organize admission drives, orientation programs, and promotional events.
Support marketing initiatives to enhance student admissions.
Ensure excellent parent relationship management and address queries professionally.
Monitor admission targets and prepare periodic MIS reports.
Stay updated with CBSE guidelines and educational trends.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
