Job Summary
Medaorticx Healthtek Pvt. Ltd. is seeking passionate, detail-oriented, and motivated Medical Coders to join our growing team. We are looking for individuals who are eager to build a successful career in the US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) industry. Freshers with Medical Coding knowledge and experienced professionals are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Review patient medical records and assign accurate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes.
- Ensure coding accuracy while following official coding guidelines.
- Maintain quality and productivity targets.
- Identify and resolve coding discrepancies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support timely claim submission.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (Life Science, Pharmacy, Nursing, Allied Health, or any graduate with Medical Coding knowledge).
- CPC, CRC, CCS, or equivalent certification is an added advantage.
- Good understanding of Anatomy, Physiology, Medical Terminology, ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Experience
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experienced Medical Coders (0–5+ years) are encouraged to apply.
