Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee and manage all human resource functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR policies, and ensuring a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee onboarding and orientation processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave, and performance evaluation systems.
- Address employee concerns and resolve workplace issues.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Support management in workforce planning and organizational development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–8 years of HR experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and recruitment strategies.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
- Leadership and problem-solving abilities.
