About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior E-commerce Executive with strong expertise in managing Amazon and Flipkart marketplaces. The candidate will be responsible for driving online sales growth, managing marketplace operations, optimizing product listings, handling advertising campaigns, and ensuring smooth day-to-day e-commerce activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end operations of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, images, keywords, and attributes.
- Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, Buy Box percentage, account health, and marketplace KPIs.
- Plan and execute marketplace promotions, deals, campaigns, and seasonal sale events.
- Manage inventory planning, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment coordination.
- Handle product cataloging, listing uploads, variation creation, and content enhancement.
- Run and optimize Amazon Ads and Flipkart Ads to improve visibility and sales performance.
- Analyze sales reports, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer support teams for seamless order processing.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon and Flipkart marketplaces.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
