Upholstery Supervisor – Luxury Furniture Manufacturing

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Upholstery Supervisor to lead our upholstery department and ensure consistent, high-quality output for luxury hospitality projects.
This role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership ability, and hands-on supervision to maintain premium finishing standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily upholstery production (sofas, lounge chairs, dining chairs, headboards, banquettes, etc.)
- Allocate tasks and manage workflow within the upholstery team.
- Ensure correct foam density, shaping, webbing, and spring installation.
- Inspect stitching quality, seam alignment, piping, and finishing.
- Prevent wrinkles, sagging, and finishing defects.
- Minimize fabric wastage and reduce rework.
- Approve final products before dispatch.
- Train and guide upholsterers to improve output quality.
- Coordinate with production, design, and quality teams.
Required Qualifications
- 5–10+ years of experience in upholstery supervision
- Experience with hotel or commercial furniture projects preferred
- Strong knowledge of foam densities, fabric behavior, and finishing techniques
- Ability to read drawings and production specifications
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Leadership mindset with accountability for results

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
