Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist walk-in customers professionally.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and services.
Generate and convert sales inquiries into successful business opportunities.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales conversions.
Stay updated on company products, services, and industry trends.
Requirements
Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience (automotive industry experience preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of automobiles, vehicle accessories, and related products is an advantage.
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
