Key Duties:
- Manage recruitment coordination, including arranging interviews and tracking candidate follow-ups
- Maintain employee files, attendance records, and HR-related documentation
- Support salary processing and payroll-related activities
- Coordinate employee transportation and daily travel arrangements
- Communicate with transport vendors and assist with route management
- Ensure smooth handling of routine HR and administrative tasks
Eligibility Criteria:
- 0.6 to 1 years of experience in HR and Administration
- Practical exposure to payroll processes is required
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong planning, coordination, and multitasking skills
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities
