- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth for digital marketing services.
- Identify and target potential clients, including SMEs, startups, and large enterprises.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
Client Relationship Management:
- Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in prospective client organizations.
- Understand client needs and tailor digital marketing solutions to meet their specific business objectives.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and long-term engagement.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2-5+ years of experience in business development or sales, specifically in the digital marketing industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge & Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing services, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and web development.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
