Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute overall sales strategy for real estate projects
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Drive revenue growth and ensure monthly/quarterly sales goals are met
- Handle high-value clients and key negotiations
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns with the marketing team
- Build strong relationships with channel partners and brokers
- Track sales performance, MIS reports, and pipeline management
- Ensure excellent customer experience from inquiry to closure
- Coordinate with CRM, legal, and accounts teams for smooth operations
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
