We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in lead generation and performance marketing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing digital campaigns, social media platforms, and marketing automation tools within a competitive industry environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Performance Marketing: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. Generate high-quality leads for real estate projects. Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and improve ROI.
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow brand presence across social media platforms. Create engaging posts, stories, reels, and campaign creatives. Maintain content calendar and ensure consistent brand communication.
- WhatsApp & Email Marketing: Execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns for lead nurturing and follow-ups. Design and implement email marketing campaigns. Manage customer segmentation and automation workflows.
- Content & Creative Development: Design compelling creatives using Canva or similar tools. Develop landing pages focused on lead conversion. Coordinate with internal teams for marketing collaterals.
- Reporting & Analytics: Track campaign metrics and prepare performance reports. Optimise campaigns based on data insights. Maintain database hygiene and CRM coordination.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, AdWords and performance marketing.
- Experience in real estate marketing will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Canva and landing page creation tools.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- BTM Layout 1, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
