Responsibilities:
- Cook food and prepare top-quality menu items promptly.
- Required to ensure that all stocks are well maintained.
- Ensure that mise en place for food preparation is completed in your section.
- Ensure the quality of the food items.
- Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation
- Follow and maintain cleanliness and good hygiene practices in the kitchen.
- Inform the Chef of excess food items for use in daily specials.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
- Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in fast pace Restaurant
- Hands on Experience in Indian Cuisine
- Able to take responsibility.
- Ability to handle guest issues with professionalism and empathy
- Flexibility to work in any dining outlet
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Salary +Accommodation
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
