Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of Account Managers and Executives handling Flipkart seller accounts. Oversee product listing, catalog management, pricing strategy, and order processing. Monitor and optimize Flipkart Advertising campaigns. Develop and execute sales growth strategies. Review seller account health and compliance. Coordinate with internal departments. Maintain strong client relationships. Analyze performance data and prepare reports. Conduct training and mentoring sessions. Drive process improvements and meet KPIs. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 3–6 years of experience in Flipkart marketplace. Strong understanding of Flipkart Seller Hub. Experience in Flipkart Ads. Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools. Strong leadership and communication skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with Helium 10, DataDive, SellerApp, or Jungle Scout. Knowledge of Flipkart SEO and content optimization. Exposure to other marketplaces. Ability to identify growth opportunities.
