Job Summary:
We are hiring Estimators with strong English communication skills to handle international (US) client interactions and support basic estimation activities. This role is primarily communication-focused.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with US clients
- Understand client requirements and provide accurate information
- Prepare and communicate basic cost estimates
- Manage customer queries, follow-ups, and issue resolution
- Maintain clear and professional communication at all times
- Coordinate with internal teams for job updates
- Maintain proper records of calls and documentation
Mandatory Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in International Voice Process (US)
- Ability to handle client conversations independently
- Willingness to work in night shifts
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Master Degree is Mandatory
