Teacher Training Institute of India (TTII) is looking for experienced and result-oriented professionals to join our admissions team. If you have a passion for counseling, sales, and student engagement, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound enquiries and conduct timely follow-ups
- Counsel prospective students on teacher training diploma programs
- Convert qualified leads into admissions
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up schedules
- Coordinate with internal teams for a smooth enrollment process
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Admission Counsellor, Sales Executive, or Business Development Executive
- Strong communication, counseling, negotiation, and closing skills
- Target-oriented with excellent follow-up discipline
- Experience in EdTech or inside sales is preferred
- Only experienced candidates will be considered
