Job Title: Operations Executive – Digital Lockers

Job Overview:
We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Operations Executive to manage and support SafeCloak’s digital locker operations. The role involves assisting customers, ensuring smooth locker usage, and handling on-ground operational activities in rotational shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers (CX) in using SafeCloak digital lockers
- Guide users through booking, access, and pickup processes
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues in real-time
- Monitor locker functionality and report technical issues
- Coordinate with the backend/tech team for quick issue resolution
- Ensure lockers are clean, secure, and operational at all times
- Support field operations and travel to locker locations when required
- Maintain daily reports of activities and incidents
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of English (good in Hindi and local language preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts
- Basic knowledge of smartphones/apps
- Prior experience in operations, logistics, or customer service is a plus
