We are a premium multi-sports arena with a beach-facing café, offering a great experience for sports enthusiasts, families, and visitors. We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers, members, and visitors.
- Manage court bookings, memberships, and customer registrations.
- Handle phone calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, and walk-in enquiries.
- Coordinate sports activities, events, and tournament schedules.
- Process payments and maintain daily billing records.
- Support café reservations and customer enquiries when needed.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Assist with customer feedback and social media enquiries.
- Prepare daily reports on bookings and attendance.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any field.
- 1–3 years of experience in reception, customer service, hospitality, or a similar role.
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in sports facilities, clubs, hotels, cafés, or hospitality businesses.
- Familiarity with booking systems or POS software.
- Interest in sports and fitness.
