Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and target-driven Tele Sales Executive with 1 to 3 years of experience in selling IT and digital services such as website development, mobile app development, and SEO services. The ideal candidate should be skilled in lead conversion, client communication, and closing deals over calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls to potential clients for website development, app development, SEO, and digital services.
- Understand client requirements and pitch suitable IT solutions.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into customers.
- Follow up with prospects via calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Maintain and update CRM / lead records regularly.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with technical and project teams for smooth onboarding.
- Handle client queries, objections, and negotiations professionally.
- Build long-term relationships with customers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in tele sales / telecalling (preferably IT or digital services).
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Experience selling web development, app development, SEO, or digital marketing services.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work with targets and pressure.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, Excel, or Google Sheets.
- Confident, polite, and customer-focused approach.
Preferred / Good to Have
- Experience in B2B sales.
- Knowledge of digital marketing services.
- Experience with cold calling, lead generation, and follow-ups.
- Understanding of pricing models for IT services.
- Experience working with agencies or IT companies.
