We are looking for an organized, proactive, and results-driven professional to manage and grow our online sales operations.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and working knowledge of Hindi to effectively interact with customers, suppliers, and business partners across different regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow online sales across e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, and digital channels.
- Handle customer inquiries, generate sales leads, and follow up to improve conversion rates.
- Maintain and optimize product listings, pricing, product information, and inventory updates.
- Coordinate order processing and ensure smooth day-to-day online sales operations.
- Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to increase revenue and customer engagement.
- Communicate professionally with customers and business partners in English and Hindi.
- Organize and maintain product catalogs, digital assets, and operational records.
- Utilize digital tools, AI applications, and automation to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Support business growth initiatives and contribute to expanding the company's online presence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Business, Commerce, or a related field.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Working knowledge of Hindi (spoken communication preferred).
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using online platforms, digital tools, and technology.
- Ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms, online sales, or marketplace management is an advantage.
- Knowledge of AI tools, content creation, or video editing is a plus.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
