About the Role
Infinity is looking for an energetic and experienced Laundry Supervisor to oversee our newly established student laundry operations in Onakkoor, Piravom. You will be responsible for managing a team of 15 laundry operators and ensuring the smooth, daily turnaround of high-volume student laundry using commercial-grade (60kg) industrial washing machines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage, schedule, and motivate a team of 15 laundry operators to ensure daily targets are met.
- Operations Oversight: Supervise the entire process cycle: sorting, chemical dosing, washing (2 x 60kg industrial machines), drying, folding, and packaging.
- Quality & Accuracy: Implement and maintain a strict garment tagging/tracking system to ensure zero mix-ups or losses of student clothing.
- Machine Maintenance: Perform basic troubleshooting and coordinate with technicians for preventive maintenance of industrial laundry equipment.
- Inventory Control: Monitor and manage stocks of detergents, chemicals, and packaging materials to ensure zero downtime.
- Reporting: Maintain daily logs of processed clothes, chemical consumption, and attendance, and report directly to operations management.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a supervisor in a commercial laundry, hotel housekeeping department, hospital laundry, or facility management service.
- Skills: Strong leadership, crisis management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Tech Literacy: Ability to use smartphones/apps (WhatsApp, basic Excel, or reporting tools) for daily updates.
- Languages: Fluent in Malayalam (to manage local staff) and working knowledge of English (for client and management coordination).
- Location: Candidates residing in or around Piravom, Muvattupuzha, Koothattukulam, or Mulakulam who can easily commute to Onakkoor are highly preferred.

Schedule:

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
